Perimenopause and menopause bring real, physical and emotional changes that are still too often misunderstood or dismissed.
I also live with Graves’ disease, so I know first-hand how unpredictable energy levels, anxiety, and physical symptoms can feel. That’s why I focus on exercise to manage those challenges, using very personal, adaptable training that works with your body rather than against it. This experience allows me to understand and support women who are facing not just perimenopause, but thyroid conditions too.
