It’s really beneficial to think about what you want from your fitness regime. When you look at cutting down the time, the intensity possibly needs to go up, and your intention needs to be honed in on your goal.

There are clinical trials that found that HIIT workouts enhance endurance performance and aerobic changes more than high-volume exercise.
