In this session, we’ll be reflecting on this statistic and how the demands on leaders are evolving and changing rapidly in the modern, post-pandemic working world.

Leanne Spencer is joined by Tom Emery. Tom is an organisational development expert and executive team coach. As Chief People Officer of an ambitious, listed FS business, he was part of the c-suite with responsibility for shaping culture and delivering a complex people agenda. He now runs HEX, a leadership and talent consultancy focussed on nurturing individuals, teams, and cultures to perform at their maximum potential.

Tom and Leanne will discuss the impact that leaders have, the leadership ‘shadow’ they cast, and how important it is for them to develop their skills to be more intentional in the way they recruit, engage, support, and retain their teams.
