Four tips to create more space and time in your day:
Take one minute every hour to do a movement snack or a minute of breathwork. Conscious deliberate breathwork can profoundly change your physiology.
Try reconnecting with an old hobby or passion and creating a few minutes a day for it. This may be getting out on your bike, exercise, getting back into a book / drawing / writing again, or whatever it is.
Assign a day of the week where there’s nothing in the diary.
Lastly, review how you spend your personal and professional time, and ruthlessly cull anything that lacks meaning.
Try and incorporate these tips as ways to create more space and time in your day, even if it’s just a few minutes.
“I want to have as much autonomy over my day as I possibly can.”
“See what you can do to feel a bit more autonomous and have a bit more agency over your life. These small shifts can make a really big impact.”
