Poor body composition usually refers to being underweight or overweight. It can also refer to lack of strength. Most people who have concerns with their body composition consider themselves to be overweight, so I’ll focus on that here. If you’re suffering from poor body composition, you’re probably feeling tired all the time, frustrated about your weight, suffer from low self-esteem and low body confidence. You might be confused about the mixed messages in the media and are frustrated with the one-size-fits-all approach to dieting and fitness. You may be experiencing ‘failure fatigue’ from too many diets that haven’t worked and feel as though your weight (and your health) are spiralling out of control.
